Innsbruck (Tirol) Rap, Trap, Hip-hop


Geboren in Süddeutschland, zieht Rapper Taubsii mit 19 Jahren in seine Wahlheimat Innsbruck und fängt im gleichen Alter an, erstmals seine eigenen Songs zu veröffentlichen. Inspiriert von Größen wie NF fängt er an, seinen langjährigen Kampf mit psychischen Problemen und die Emotionen, die aus zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen entstehen, in Musik zu verarbeiten, womit er in der Innsbrucker Musikszene schnell Fuß fassen kann. Auch wenn sein Stil sich am wahrscheinlichsten mit tiefem, melodischen Rap beschreiben lässt, lässt sich Taubsii von Genregrenzen nicht einschränken. So veröffentlicht er 2023 zum Beispiel den Pop-Punk-Song "ist//oke" zusammen mit IGERL. Ende 2024 plant Taubsii sein Debütalbum. Der beigefügte Song "Ich glaub, ab morgen bin ich fast okay" ist Teil dieses Albums und ist erst vor sehr kurzer Zeit innerhalb von einer Nacht entstanden. Er thematisiert die Vergänglichkeit von Momenten und Beziehungen, gemischt mit etwas Trennungsschmerz.

Den Gewinn möchte ich nutzen, um meine Musikkarriere nach vorne zu treiben. Als Student mit Nebenjob ist es schwierig, Promotion und Produktion finanziell zu stemmen, und ich bin mir sicher, dass der Gewinn mir helfen würde, meine Karriere auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Um ein genaues Vorhaben zu schildern: ich möchte Ende des Jahres mein Debütalbum veröffentlichen, brauche dafür aber jede Unterstützung die ich kriegen kann.
