(Alto Adige) funk & soul


Fondata nel 2001 il marchio di fabbrica della band è presenza scenica, due voci sentimento e uno tsunami di fiati, il tutto supportato da una collaudata sezione ritmica. “Gli show della Homeless Band sono un mix di divertimento, musica e spettacolo, che vi faranno rivivere i migliori momenti del Soul, del Rhythm and Blues, del Funk, della Disco Dance anni 70.” Il gruppo vanta numerosi concerti in regione, per importanti occasioni come Mercatino di Natale di Bolzano e ArtMaySound, prestigiose feste private e partecipazioni a livello internazionale a manifestazioni come il Festival biennale delle Giovani Orchestre Europee, a cui ha partecipato due volte nel 2004 in Danimarca e Svezia e nel 2006 in Ungheria. Nel 2012, porta la musica “dietro le sbarre” regalando un concerto ai detenuti del carcere di Bolzano. Vincitori per due anni consecutivi (2012 e 2013) del Music Contest “loss di gean” con il loro primo singolo “Keep the Rhythm in your Head”, da cui estraggono un video-clip, consente loro l’accesso diretto alla seconda fase del “Festival Internazionale della musica emergente” a Milano. Nel 2014, ad anticipare l’uscita del disco, esce il secondo singolo con l’omonimo video che spopola sul web dal titolo “Gimme Your Surprise” e un tour estivo nelle più belle località del Salento. Ad ottobre la band vince il music contest Carovana Rock 2014, aggiudicandosi la vetta della classifica scalzando più di 70 band in gara con un travolgente show a base di soul e funky. Nel 2015 suonano in una delle più prestigiose location italiane, Eataly - Teatro Smeraldo di Milano ed esce "Ho il controllo del party" singolo estivo nato dalla collaborazione con Ares Adami, versatile artista trentino che fa del "flow" la sua arma vincente, proseguono con il secondo tour estivo in Sud Italia e concludono la lunga stagione di concerti con il Capodanno a Bolzano, dove fanno ballare migliaia di persone in piazza.
