Seit dem Gründungsjahr 2010 ist viel passiert bei den fünf Jungs aus Imst. 2011 feierten sie ihr Bühnendebüt und 2012 spielten The Watercocks schon regelmäßig auf Festivals in Westösterreich. Wo sie durch knallharte Beatboxgrooves, gepaart mit leidenschaftlichen Klaviermelodien, fetten Baselines, abwechslungsreichen Gitarrenriffs und abgefahrenen Visuals, zu überzeugen wusste. Highlight war der Auftritt im Weekender zur Freemusicproject-ReleaseParty. Durch ihre Hits "Amazing", "Drowning" und "You`ve changed me" erlangten die jungen Musiker große Bekanntheit auf Youtube. Die Videos sind von der Idee, dem Aufbau der Kulissen, bis hin zum Schneiden des Videomaterials in Eigenregie entstanden.
